If you still have that problem, try adding flag FL_KILLME to the entity and making it think instead of directly removing it.

Looks like Orhpheu crash server all time. So I working on RoundControl version.

Orpheu replaced to RoundControl Module. It's because Orpheu is a reason of server crashes.
