hi guys , i just found new hosting on my country provide very low ping virtual private servers, i want rent one but prices is too high all i can get now is vps with 1vcores & 512mb ram !!

can i i run cs server on it ? if yes what's maximum slots should i use

Valve has said that server basicly needs 512ram but it doesn't use that much. How many slots mostly depends on upload speed.

let's say 32 slots :p

RAM is not that much a problem, but the CPU.
I think you won't be able to host 32 slots with that many plugins.

You need to find a host that does not give you vCores but actual Cores. There are many vCores in a single core, I've typically seen around 4-6.

1 vCore = 1 / 6 of a real core.
