[Killer zm]

I dont know how it is named when players make ammo packs in team to make more fast ammo packs and i have an idea how to stop this.
Make an plugin were to be something like this . If an player is doing to many headshots in some seconds on an player, and if the victim is not moving then the victim to be kicked or slayed.
I am thinking to do this and I need help how to do this and if you have anothers ideas about this I am listening. If anyoane can give me an litle code to start to to this plugin. Thanks.
