Could someone please give the HL zombie soldier the animations that of the zombie_swarm model? Or better yet, the default animations of CS models, if possible. Both would do. (As I would really like to use the soldier model but dont know how to do it myself. Seems decompiling and replacing the sequence files does not work.)

Here's a better version of the zombie_swarm player model. I added and fixed a lot of animations.
It now has complete CS/CZ animations.

Well, if you need something done you gotta do it yourself. Took a couple of hours but figured it out. Thought I might as well share!
(I also used your fixed animations, georgik57, so credit to you as well!)

Good job. The crouchrun animation seems to have a problem tho as the model is moving forward inside the model viewer. Have you tested in game? Does it work fine?

I noticed that as well, but it seemed fine ingame.
Might take another crack at it when I find time, but not sure what the problem lies in.

I used the sequences and most of the text from your model's qc file. It's not that simple though, as the model I modified has different bones.

I also replaced my model's bones in order to be able to add the HL multiplayer animations. You just have to add a bone in the model's mesh smd file as far as I can remember as I didn't use any special software for it.
