Hello,
I saw a plugin which name I don't know on a server, and on that server it was dust2 map and when there were low players on ct (< 5) when the round started in T spawn the B site was blocked by some props that looked like a wall, lower tunnels blocked with same prop and in ct->mid the B site was blocked by those props or models which were just some blocks of walls. (sorry no photo, it was a while ago and didn't thought)

As I saw there are some plugins that block planting to a site when there are low CT players, but it would be nicer to just physically block the way in by spawning them as a root and saving them, and when the round starts if there are low ct players to spawn the props in the saved positions.
