Yes it works and opens the url in the larger window however there is a problem. The window that opens seems to refresh every second and is next to impossible to interact with.

All of them..

After having done more testing I noticed the page refreshed only when I was killed and I was on an idle server at the time lol.

So if your in respawn or god mode the page works fine.

Is it possible to fix this problem?

You may want Web Shortcuts (Redux) as I know that supports {CURRENT_MAP} amongst a few other extra tokens.
