Nice. A long, long time ago, in a galaxy far away, I had wanted this functionality. Though I don't know why.

Don't use this module, it uses a bad way and is really inefficient.

I totally agree. This extension which uses StartFrame is just a waste of CPU. Never tried Arkshine's one but think it is okay.

What about hooking Think forward for an InfoTarget edict then setting the edict to think every 0.2 seconds? By the way, do not hook Think as MetaMod forward, hook Think just for the InfoTarget class name!

What about hooking the function which actually set a cvar, so something called only when need ? Oh wait Cvar Utilities does that
