return a value that is less than 4, no more max human player reach kick message show.

but #valve_reject_server_full message still show. you need use editor to change TWO bytes in engine.dll to by pass it

Mad one thing I've noticed is that players complain that they get kicked from the game, then can't get back in. I'm not kicking them. Hope that helps anyone. If there is anything that I could do to help provide assistance, just let me know.

How can i change map manually? For example to play a custom map. If the menu only show me the four official campaings, and i want to play a custom one, if i manually use the changelevel command dont work.

The 'can't get back in' issue is related to the player max, the server reports it is over 4, which is the max for co-op. The signatures posted above may address this and allow people to join matches in progress.

One of the issues when using scripts that the plugin addressed was that map changes had to be "rcon'd" E.g. "rcon changelevel l4d_hospital01_apartment"

After choosing a stock map, you should be able to rcon to a custom map. As long as it isn't a cersus map and has "01_" in the name, the bots will respawn and allow spectators to switch.

When i try to use the rcon command as you said, console gives me this error:
"Unable to connect to remote server (loopback)"
