Blocks 2 skywalking exploits on tc_hydro which have been known about for over a year.

It spawns 2 invisible physprops so people can't jump/build there that are removed when the plugin is unloaded.

Always sad when we have to do fixes even for official valve tf2 maps. Valve doesnt know how to fix it or something? lol.

I see that exploit on alot of custom maps, sad it still happens on official maps.
