This plugin was specially made for m20072.

Plugin:
The plugin allow players to toggle thidrperson, also allow admins to toggle thirdperson status on players.

Features:
Allow players to use "firstperson" and "thirdperson" client-sided commands even if the server uses sv_cheats 0. - Removed.
Admins can type sm_tp <name> to toggle thirdperson for somebody. [Generic flag/override "tptarget"]

Cvars:
sm_thirdperson_enabled - Thirdperson's enabled?
sm_thirdperson_admins - Admins are allowed to toggle thirdperson on players?
sm_thirdperson_version - Thirdperson's version.

1.5 - Error fix.
1.4 - Re added the cheat flag to fp and tp.
1.3 - Removed the cheat flag from the client-sided commands "thirdperson" and "firstperson", actually fixed the bug that you have to retype the command to switch your thirdperson mode.
1.2 - Fixed that you had to retry to switch back to first person.
1.1 - I typed "[SM] %N" in ShowActivity, removed it. Fixed a bug when you have to type the command twice to get it work for the first time.
