[TF2] (REQUEST) Dispensers shooting homing rockets

I saw this on the saigns server, and it was just about awesome! Not really OP, just funny. I mean it deals like 10dmg /rocket so its no big deal.
Could anyone make a mod for this? Adding the homing rockets to the dispenser? And also if possible, it would be really great if there was a function to change the fire rate, projectile speed and damage of the rocket.

Let me guess, were donators only were able to shoot them?

Not really. Everyone is, and their automated too. Shoots like one each second at any visible target, with unlimited range (i think it is).

This is part of the Premium mod. 's what he's talking about.
SAIGNS is... not liked... for their Premium accounting.

I don't want to discourage anybody from making it though. Someone would probably have to dissect the dodgeball plugin/extension and do something similar. Code is all there, just takes some effort.

programming is nothing you can teach in a few minutes...
but a good start to a language can always be found in the corresponding wiki/manual.
