Description
An admin with the ADMIN_KICK flag can respawn a player with a simple command.

Admin Commands
amx_respawn <steamid|name|ip>

Cvars
amx_arp <1|0>

Haven't tested it yet so try it out!

Instead of being in a hurry to release as many plugins as possible, perhaps you should slow down and make sure plugins don't exist before you do.
