I want a Simon Plugin

I want to know how to make someone admin {like he can just do some commands not every thing}

I mean like admin can do {kick, ban, give, take, change, ...ptc} and vip can get from my server {knife, hats, ability} Like This that's what I mean

And voice plugin so players can speak with mic..

Why you didn't say how can i learn cs 1.6 xD

1. Simple Menu Builder
2. No comment !!
3. Open your server file manger from ftp or game panel, Go to Cstrike/addons/amxmodx/configs/user.ini and there's you will find an examples or Search on youtube or google
4. Tag Prefix
5. Type in console "amx_unban <name>"

Dude I mainly work alone on making this server, and I cannot make it great, for example, other servers. I need help. This is the first time that I create a server

Of course you can't make it as great as other servers when you don't have the knowledge and experience that those servers' owners have. In fact, you have 0 experience and expect to accomplish something great by not moving a finger.

For the other things the best I can say is "search". Those things have been made/answered many times before and a simple Google search can easily find them.
