crouch bug fix?

ok i knew of a bug that i didnt know before, the crouch bug (delay)
here's what i am talking about

could a plugin be scripted to fix that like all bug fixes? or is it impossible??

no i dont think that fixes it, i think it needs some sort of a plugin but im not sure, any coders?

If I could find a model maker, who could add ducking and unducking animations + if it would be possible to modify the actual hitbox position, I could do it. However even if I'd find a model maker, than still amxx offers no methods to modify hitbox position (as far as I know). And modifying each and every trace-line result would simply be not as good solution as I hope.
