glowing sentry gun model

hii every one actually i need some small help i have sentry gun with 4 level and in 4rth level i wanna to glow my sentry model like below picture

i am trying to put

i tried but failed
because i never handle with glowing model things so can any body help me to put a glow like this in 4rth level

Okay now I have uploaded .sma and if you needed resources for testing than search on internet sentry gun by mirror and please try to add glow at 4th level
