For some reason, my server hop menu, won't show the option for next page, like I can press 9 and see the next page, but it isn't appearing on my menu.

that is because you have used too many characters in the menu, if I remember correctly it supports 255 per. page.
Which means you have too many, so it can't post the 9 for the next page.

so I would properly remove "Old Time TF2" and "server" after the server names, see if that fixes it.
Else you will have to remove some more.

Is this plugin updated anymore? Some clients can use it and some cannot.

For me the menu pops up but when i choose an option the Valve menu to confirm the change doesnt show up.
