Just a handfull klicks to remove all of them:
Edit the file with notepad
choose replace
in search .bsp
leave "replace with" blank
check box "replace all" and run

Galileo has a command that will write a text file with all the maps in your .\maps folder for you.

and the cvars:

Deagles' Map Manager has what you want. If you don't want to wait for my decision and possible implementation, then use DMM. I won't be offended. Hell, there always the chance that I won't add what you want, as this isn't intended to be a exact clone of DMM.

I take a look in my recentmaps.dat and i see that all maps are whrited withaut spaces, ist it right?

I checked my one and i have them in a seperated line. Maybe you choosed the wrong charset with your editor to display the file?
Is the recentmaps funktion not working for you?
