[CS GO] Unable to load plugin zombiereloaded.smx please help!

Alright so its kinda simple, the server refuses to load the plugin, I have latest sourcemod and metamod so thats not the problem. Ive downloaded the zr fork which includes all fixes, but it is still not working, Ive read lierally every comment on the threads and I cant seem to find out what the problem is

If anyone knows please let me know, heres my error log:

You have followed exact this guide https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=200527

And you must install last stable snapshots for metamod and sourcemod. I get never any problems when i follow this thread.
