Store doesn't add any tables to my database?

When I try to fix the web panel error their is no store tables inside my mysql database? Everything is connected just fine, but I don't see that the store has added anything to my database. I did import the store.sql too.

Ok I fixed the database problem, but now when I try to log in, I get

EDIT:

Fixed* I forgot to re import the auth when I redid the database.
