Firstly I'd like to say hello to everyone and everything. It's a pleasure to be posting on a great forum like this.
I'd like to know how does one go about editing other people's configs as the administrator of the server. (for DoD v1.3) I ask merely because our server has a flamethrower plugin. We feel that the newer generation of players would not know how to bind a key to this function. Allowing the admins to do this would prove to be very useful to us.
