so your server is mad popular, good people finding it hard to get in....
sometimes your admins take a sec to kick someone who is too afk
or camping so that a better dude can get a slot...

what if the server kept track of people who were getting into the terribad
score range and gave them a kick when the server is maxed out
so that a waiting (and hopefully better) person can enter!

maybe two ratios...
a cvar to set the ratio threshold for non-full (like 0.10)
and one to set it harder to kick quicker if server full ( maybe values like .25)

would make it fun for the negative ratio lot (i remember the days)
cuz they know if they ended up at like 3-11 or 5-19 the server is
gonna kick them.

would be good to warn them a round (or two) ahead of time maybe...
maybe not - LOL

anyway, especially now that even my GIRLfriend can pull decent ratios
(near 1:1's), i would love to use this to get these what-are-you-a-retard?
type of players off my server automatically....

Why don't you just use reserved slots?

Add plugin for free reserved slots , player just type !regme (or something) and it give him reserve slot, good players know what to type, and those worse players dont ou can change !regme , to something like , After connect it type a questio, like 24/9*5 (example) , and you must type !regme answer

sorry, my point was missed. this isnt mainly to get people in, its to get people OUT

it sucks when someone is so bad cuz their gfx is from 1999
or they are one of those i.buy.the.ump characters.
...they block you or are off at t spawn and the last CT left.

this would get them out so that they dont have to be votekicked
or admin'ed.

it seems cruel maybe but there are many servers not catering to
a player still in his learning curve -- like one of those "cpl" server.
or mine for example.

even my gf can basically maintain a 1:1 so why not monitor and remove
players that are just going to end up 4-37 or some other nonsense.

right?

Is there immunity involved? Like, should this plugin be able to kick an admin who has a ratio of 1:5...?

OMG, Matt. I like you already!
While I'm sure that a call to an immunity flag would round out this plugin,
*I* think it would be better (FUNNIER) to leave it (out) at 0.
This way, even your admins had to muster up and lay it down...
Can you imagine when your admin buddy gets kicked from his OWN
server for getting too PWNED by his own pubbers! lmFao!

For some reason, I made this plugin a couple days ago. Random right? I haven't had a chance to try it out. I run an achievements servers and points are really jerked around to test efficently. It basically averages the score/time_in_server ratios for your entire teammates with points. Anyone below a percentage of that average is kicked or banned. This way its fair to every player on your indivudal team. So if your team is getting pwned, that is taken into account. Admins (any kind) has immunity. Players with a score of zero are kicked after a predetermined time. Players are checked for bad scores every couple of minutes or so. I'll post the plugin later today but I won't be able to garentee I can fix it if there's a problem. My time is scarce. It'll be up later.
