Can ANYONE help me PLZ? Admin question

I have built myself a hudge server with almost over 149 commands. Everyone loves it, but not popular enough yet. I built my server to what I call a Chaotic Realm. Anyone with ADMIN is alowed to use the powers I have selected for them. ADMIN to ADMIN we can use the poweres against eachother, but others can't and some of them get agrivated.
My question's is:
1.) I am looking for a ADMIN Model mod where I can give an ADMIN the model they want to use, or one that I have. When in game everyone none ADMIN has the default models, but ALL ADMINS have a model of there choice, or a default_admin_model that I have selected. All ADMINS will have a model, but some can if they want to use a model of there choice that I can place in by useing there STEAM_ID. Of course they must atleast have kick, slay, slap in order to get these models. There does not have to be a default_admin_model I can do it by selecting the one I want for them anyways. I just mainly want to give them models they want so that we can use our powers without hurting others. Ya I know I can get some basic admin model, but I want something different even if I have to pay for someone to build me that type of mod.
2.) I am looking for an ADMIN intoduction mod. Any of my ADMIN will have a default introduction sound of my choice, and say. I want to be able to give indaviduals there own intoduction sound and say if they want it. The sounds must be for Join and Leave 2 different sounds would be cool.

If I get these mods working and the sound mod that I am looking for; for all the kills. My server will be complete and there will be a new Chaotic Realm among us all. Few people want to buy my server collection so they can have the same type of server. I will have all in a compiled file to sell. Once it is complete.

Ha that is funny. I JUST found that same exact thread and then went here. It is working awsome, but the files tend to be BIG; so some people are going to take for ever to download it.
Any suggestions?
