I can't find this specific plugin for TF2. I think it's called "Item Spotlight" but I can't find it anywhere at all. What it does is spew out random facts about people's backpacks and I thought that was cool. Anyone know anything?

As far as I remember, that's a private plugin (or donor maybe, I don't have access) made my pheadxdll.

I think that may be a private plugin/premium plugin.

Check the server plugins and google the plugin name and author.

Googling returns me backpack viewers and I don't know who the author is. Doesn't show up in the plugins list.

I won't reiterate what I said in the first reply above but, again, I'm about 95% sure it was made by linux_lover who goes by the name pheadxdll here. Apologies if my memory is not up to par. It's pretty easy to make though; it uses the Steam Web API - more interface examples here.
