Sourcemod snapshot - plugins dont work

So I made a STEAMCMD server for TF2 with Sourcemod & Metamod installed. But when i put plugins in (eg. Be the headless horsemann) with all the required files to run it, i put sm plugins list into console, and all it shows are the basic plugins which come with Sourcemod.
Please help.

Did you restart your server (or execute "sm plugins refresh") after you put the plugins into the plugin folder?

Yes. I put them before i start the server.
