Yeah, this has been happening more often lately. For whatever reason, usually on Hard Rain finale and Swamp Fever finale the 1st tank never comes or takes forever and points never go up. It's getting ridiculous how often I see it and I'm not sure if it can be fixed. But if someone could at least take a look at it the community would be grateful as a whole.

Often this is related to the cvar z_finale_spawn_safety_range, if you have adjusted it.

The director can simply not find any places to spawn the infected. One simply way to make this problem to go away is of course reset the cvar.

You can also use atmoic's plugin since this cvar seems a bit buggy.

EDIT: I had just edited the cvars because I thought that would be easier then using a plugin, then it started bugging but I couldn't linked the two occurrences together. I'll throw the plugin back in for good.
