I will be releasing a new version next week.(Testing in my server now)

Changes include an option to use TF2Outpost for the backpack and added !sbp command.

!sbp will be for a users steam inventory.

I choose to use TF2outpost over TF2B because I am in direct contact with Sneeza, the administrator of tf2oupost and he has been very helpful with site changes. (tf2outpost is also based off of TF2B)

Blocks the MOTD refreshing upon death. Comment Out line 12 to allow MOTD refresh (Thanks 11530)
The custom advert now allows for colors (Thanks 11530)
The custom advert now allows for new lines (Thanks 11530)
Added 11530's calculation for community id found in this post (Thanks 11530)

the colors aren't working. was running this plugin before the recent update and updated it, let it create the new config file and configured it however while connected to the server the adverts are not showing colors as specified in the config

am i supposed to compile the plugin myself? the source file on OP is version 3.0 however the plugin download on OP is version 2.2 according to plugin info via game server

if i am supposed to compile myself can you please tell me what i need to include in the compile to have the plugin work properly? thank you!
