I've removed them once again - I'll give it another day or so to get fixed or else I may never go back to Pinion, I can't take the chances of losing the players I'm barely able to hang onto!

Guys, are you able to help out with some information for people experiencing the crash:

* What game
* What ad was playing or what was happening on the MOTD during the crash (important to be specific here)
* Your flash version
* Where you are located

- TF2
- NO clue - crashes right when the ad appears to start, just starts to spin up as in loading then BAM HL2 crash
- Latest version 11.6.602.168
- East Coast USA

Also keep in mind I've tested even in TEXTMODE and it still crashes when it appears to hit the ad cycle so its not a video displaying issue.

Try this:
Delete the "team fortress 2\config\html" folder and join any server that doesn't have an ad (like say Valve server). Do you still crash?

If not try joining a server that uses Pinion. Crashing should stop. I at least don't crash anymore.

nothing has changed for me.
still crashing if pinion video loads.

I never crashed on servers that don't use pinion.

edit:

first is server with plugin -> second is server without plugin (no SM), MOTD only.

Guess they did not fix it for everyone then. That's unfortunate.

Alright, well my completion rate seems to be steadily dropping even though i have all my times set to 30 seconds.

The only reason I can see for this is crashed clients are showing like a 1% completion rate or something, and dragging down my rates. Also the advertisement immunity is showing the MOTD so people with immunity will also drag down the rate. Immunity shouldn't show the MOTD at all.

We're going to look into how/if the crashing is effecting completion rates, if it is rest assured we wont be switching to completion rate based payments.
