Someone with Negative Karma gave you a + Karma, but it comes out as Neutral Karma.

BTW, the first rule about Karma...is dont talk about karma .

So yeah... the "neutral" karma is when someone that doesn't have enough posts tries to affect your karma either + or -. That's all it means.
