cmon please tell me how to change to the old leap, because the new one is hard to use and it's buggged

I am using the last version 4.04 and my host is now complaining about the high cpu usage (80%) before nobody complained to him and the cpu usages was normal.
its a linux server

This is weird because on my server I am using the latest version and right away I could noticeably tell that it was most definitely not using as much cpu as the other version...

Why the frozen zombie does not take damage in 4.04 version??

I use nade modes with zp 4.04
Although the author of nade modes has maked a new release.
But the problem that nades doesn't get removed when human turn into zombies still exists!
ot_207 have no idea about that and he suggests me to address the problem to u.
Can u help figure out what the problem it is?

ps.
When I test it alone in my test sv it works fine!
But When I test it in my public sv it doesn't work
The setting in test sv is same with public sv
