Hello,

I followed all the instructions on github regarding the installation of the store plugin.

However, when it came to entering the details for the plugin to read via databases.cfg, it gives me an error where it is unable to access the database. My webserver is hosted by PurePings and according to them, I have configured everything and it should work.

I need help.

Any ideas?

I found the error.

Is your server running on the same machine as your webserver? If not, then you should be not be using localhost

You could try:
* Using the Public IP of the Webserver (DB Server)
* Using the domain name of the Webserver (DB Server)
* Asking to support for the proper ip to use when accessing the db "externally" (They might have to enable external access for the ip of the gameserver)

Nope, it isn't on the same machine.

Trying this now.

So that means in the "localhost" sections I change it to fit with my database settings?

So you have got one server, that is your database server, your webserver and your gameserver ?

If thats correct:
* Try using 127.0.0.1 as db host
* Can the webpanel connect to the database ?

By webpanel do you mean the one you made for store?

I haven't managed to install the webpanel.

I'll do it tomorrow. I changed all the settings to use the IPs you listed instead for localhost but to no avail.
