bur can some one plz tell me the exact command to make other monsters that i precached spawn near a player?

you need rcon

so either rcon or amx_rcon then command. command is monster monstername playername

ex.
rcon monster gargantua Emp`
amx_rcon monster tentacle Emp`

wtf, what are you answering... Looks more like your asking a question as to why you have that problem with the precache, either edit or clarify the post or trash it goes.

Download monster mod ( http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=13597 ) and open the precache.cfg file and enable tentacle (take the // or ; in front of it away)
