Unfortunately, The new Counter-Strike version is currently not compatible with AmxModX. However in case you are using ReGameDLL it should fix the problem, so it should work in your case. Try to reinstall AmxModX 1.9, ReAPI, and ReGameDLL.

I repeated the installation process again and this issue was resolved
But I still have the error

Oh. It makes sense because it changes some engine functions and that would be probably the reason that it doesn't work.
