galileo has this ability, i think deags also has.

i will check it with deagsmapmanager. Seems like not. I put this cvar enforce_timelimit 0 and 1 this not works :/

ok galileo works, but i have one question, How do I set that voted turn on after 28 minutes of play, because i have mp_timelimit 30.??
