i need plugin which will allow the dead players to slay the last alive CT player by triggering a vote.

the command should be say or say_team "/voteslay <player name or part of name>".
ex. ' say /voteslay nick '
it will give the rest of the dead players to slay the player by approving the vote, with command say or say_team " /ok "


conditions:

1. you must wait at least 1 minute after all other CTs are dead
2. it will need at least 70% of dead players approval to slay the player (if he dies in the voting, cancel the vote..)
3. if there are 3 or less CTs you won't be able to start the vote (2 dead 1 alive = no voteslay)(must be 3 dead 1 alive)
4. vote lasts 20 seconds
5. vote can be started every 1 minute if it fails (vote fails, wait 1 minute, to be able to start it again)

i didnt say it's your fault but it's just that this thing doesnt exist so i asked here so a good coder can help me out, but it's just that seems like nobody wants to spend a few minutes to make it

I gave you the right method to find every title including the keyword radar, and what was your answer ? "that doesnt help even a bit".
at least you could say: "I found a lot but no one is corresponding to my request", or "I don't know how to use the advanced search correctly", or anything similar..
