I'm not having the can't detect ip problem right now. My problem is that my mvm servers for example are giving me the SteamID the old ID and the others like say a trade server isn't showing that or a few other tabs.
There has to be a difference between the two that I can say add from mvm to a trade server to make the steamid's pick up again.

Does anyone know how HLSW works and why the issues I've posted about since the STEAMID3 change happened are doing what they are with not showing steamID column on say a trade server yet it does on a MvM or regular server? I'm thinking there is a setting some where that is doing this that I could change but I really have no idea what.

fix for what? The issue I'm describing is one I'm not sure others are having but would really liketo know if they are. As for the main issue that some have every so often with it not getting logs well I'm ok with that right now all is working.

I don't get SteamIDs (GlobalIDs) appearing either. In the options of what to show in the columns, GlobalID is selected but currently greyed out. Version 1.4.0.2

have u guys tried the get log command with rcon status command as well? sometimes that works for me if i just try both (and make sure there's no 'disconnected' message when trying to get the log, if it is then just get status once more)

Yeah now see I get them from say a MvM server but on a trade server I don't and they are greyed out as well.

turned on my computer and clicked on HLSW and now it is fully working again.....no errors at bottom and server location is back again.....what could be causing this....really weird that no one out there in the internet world can figure this out.
