Presumably your home computer is Windows. Shut down your server. Download both wincsx.exe and your csstats.dat files. Edit your csstats.dat file to your heart's content. Upload it back to your server. Restart your server.

He said you home computer is most likely windows. So you download the base files for windows so you can use the WinCSX.exe file from it. Then you download your csstats.dat file from you linux server. Then you edit it on your home pc then you upload it back to your server.

(On a note you might need to have your server off when uploading the new csstats.dat file back so it doesn't become over-written.)
