[REQ] Allow Consistency in Navigation Item Numbering

IMO, we should be able to lock the numbering scheme of the navigation items in the new menu system for consistency whereas "Back" would always be mapped to 8, "Next" would always be mapped to 9, and "Exit" would always be mapped to 0.

I don't like the current default numbering of items in the menu. But maybe there would be a way to define by menu_setprop function what the number of "MORE" and "BACK" items would be given, the same as it is for MPROP_EXIT? I mean MPROP_BACK and MPROP_MORE should be added.
