hi,

when i have more than 1000 users i cant see users table



like 1090 users i can see but after a while like 2000 or 3000 users

its says processing but nothing

Cant do much without the version number of the webpanel and the store plugin.

You need to change a memory setting on the webserver I can't remember what it's called at the moment but it's basically how much data it calls back or requests. If I remember I'll let you know if not hopefully someone else may know what I mean but I had the same issue.

Edit: In fact I think you should have an error log that creates automatically from the failed return, look in your files directories for something like error.log, the error is something like 'the request exceeds the limit of ###kb / mb' Trying hard to remember :-)

@Arrow768 This is caused by the initial page after signing in to calls all the results I believe so when there's a large number it takes ages to load. Great once it's loaded because it has the information already however when you have 37k that sign in process can take a while, a 'last connected' field would be great then we could eliminate any unused accounts.

you are referring to the "storewebpanel_dashboard_lite" Setting in the store_webpanel.php file.
This setting should only effect the dashboard and not the user page.

Yes, checking the error logs is always a good idea.

About the last connected field:
I can only show what is in the db. If the store plugin does not provide that info, I cant show it.
But with the coming version 2.0, there is a row called updated_at that includes the date/time when the user info was updated the last time (received credits, ...)
And I might add something to automatically clean up users in the db.

WebPanel Version 1.2.10

and i can see in who have most credits in index.php/dashboard

but cant see users page

also can edit user credits etc. users/edit/844

i only have problem at users page and i couldnt find any reason for that.

and when i check error from chrome console;
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)

As easono and I told you, check the webpanel logs and post the error messages

Hi,

I faced the same issue on users page shows processing after changing host. Resolved it by installing:-
php-bcmath
php-mbstring

Works fine now with 138K+ users.
