[TF2] I dont understand how to fix error 55

I keep trying to compile a plugin and in most the files in include have the error of 55 and i cant figure out why

{"m_iDecapitations" //Airstrike, Eyelander and Bazzar Bargin"

If anyone could help me see whats wrong with this line then thank you

There is zero context to the line you attached. Nobody is going to be able to tell you what’s wrong with that line. You will need to post the plugin thread that’s not working or all of the relevant sources.

Well I realised my mistake and added the plugin on

Look on your own. It's not a plugin. It's some kind of config in strange KeyValues-like format, renamed to .sp file.
