Similar to this. A plugin that reads a bunch of STEAMIDs from a config, then lets them use a Premium menu.

The Premium menu would have a whole bunch of stuff, like speed boost, health boost, some configurable stuff. You don't have to buy them, you can just use them whenever. And maybe a cooldown in between each thing?

Some ideas
Fill up ubercharge meter
Ubercharge/god for x seconds
Fast respawn
Crits for x seconds - maybe with crit boost particles and effects?
Buff health to 500
Give random weapon(s)
Speed boost
Invisibility
Maybe (by default) make a Premium users a certain color?

Of course you might say this will ruin TF2, but this is only for fun servers.
