So there is a mod out there called Retakes, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u8yMtWhT8Bo&, the creator refuses to release it to the public.

I feel like that's the wrong way to go about things and I'd like to know what the cheapest price a developer here would accept to make that mod so that we can release it freely to the public for no cost?

Seem's pretty cool. Would love to see this made public although I understand why the creator wants it kept private.

Having the plugin private gives potential players an incentive to play on his server as it's the only server that has this awesome plugin. By making it public he loses the chance of getting people on his server because it's no longer original and to be fair if he put the work into making such a great plugin I honestly think he has the right to keep it private and deserves the players.

If somebody made it public though it would be cool but I understand his reasoning.

It's not hard to explain, he explains it in the video pretty well
Theres a 50/50 chance to spawn near bombsite A or bombsite B with the bomb already being planted.
(basically just an accelerated gameplay.) use to learn the maps, and choke points or something like that.
He said something like defusing the bomb can make you a terrorist also. or if you contribute etc. so it might scramble the teams if CTs win.

Wouldn't be hard to make, just needs to have a pretty heft configuration of making random spawns for CT and T's. The rest seems like just randomizing and what not, there could be some improvements, like an actual buymenu instead of a menu.
