How can i change the ct's model to a police officer and the T's to a thief or something? i used sm_skinchooser but when the models load they are like statues. and the arms are frozen. The weapon is in his legs. please suggest something helpful.

Surely is because you use models that are not ported to csgo. Try with a correct model ported to csgo like this http://www.andi67.bplaced.net/Forum/...php?f=33&t=161

Paste your skinchooserdownloads.ini and skins.ini and we will see. Also you can ask in the skinchooser thread

Still doesn't work, but when I join the server, it downloads the models.

You tried loading a playermodel that is not listed in one of the ini files that´s why you get this error......
Reading the WIKI should help you a lot......
