Glad to see a developer still supporting one of his oldest plugins

Suggestion: Add a cvar called "amx_defaut_gag_flags" so that if an admin types only the <name or #userid>, only specific flags will apply and not all of them.

Found something, an admin gag someone, then other admin can modify the same gag. Eg. gag of 1 second and the gag is gone.

So a player can be gaged twice, without being ungaged.
