it's actually a nice idea..
and to make things way easier here is a start...but i could see one problem which is recognizing the files from the attachments folders, since they are sorted with id's in the vbulletin db not with their names..

I had this exact idea last night and im glad i found this before posting it. When dealing with some of the more obscure functions in sourcemod (and the api docs are rather limited in some cases) it would be great to at least see how other people are using the functions.

Isnt it already heavily customized due to the complier being built in? Or is it still stored as a plain old 'attachement' at the end of the day?

Some of the modifications are heavy, others are not. Plugin compilation is an easy one, it's just a link.

Which? Automatically putting contents of SMA's into a post within [code] blocks or being able to search through the contents of SMA attachments?
