Hello I have a problem with no block. I can not turn it off and I've tried everything but I noticed one thing that when I uninstalled SourceMod so Disappeared no block? know anybody how I can solve it so I can have both SourceMod and block on the same time ?

Just put the plugin in disabled or delete the .smx file from the plugins folder.
