The only difference between 4465 and 4467 is the recent MySQL change, so something else broke stuff.

It would be great if you could try out some intermediate versions between 4265 and 4465, like 4353. It would be fantastic if you were able to narrow it down to one particular build.

I will setup 4353 as soon as players leave server tonight, I will post back tomorrow.

Also, I will use http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Binary_search_algorithm to narrow down the possible version

Btw, I'm really happy that his isn't my fault hehe I thought that I broke some of my mods(listed below) in multimod server. Best thing is setting up 4265 made me happy - no crashes for 24hours

EDIT: Hmm, hopefully I won't get any broken builds :s

If you don't mind, can you also set amxbans_debug to 3 when you do your test (and provide the log it generates)? I'm not sure how much help it will be, but it won't hurt.

git4353 was a broken build - crashed with other errors in pfnTouch or something like that.
git4403 is working fine.
Gonna test git4443.

Ok, I managed to narrow it down to 4465 version because 4461 is working fine for me.

Finally got around to testing it myself and it did not crash (used 4467). Tried names "Player^" and "Yami^Kaitou". Just to make sure, you are loading the admins by SteamID (a thought about possible causes, not trying to suggest anything)?
