sometimes people can't join a team upon entering the server and are left stuck in spectator? even after multiple end rounds. this is on KOTH btw

This plugin doesn't have any code that should affect joining teams. Are you sure it's not another plugin?

On another topic, versions 1.4.1 and 1.5 went through testing today and 1.5 has now been released.

1.4.1 was just to change the kill icons and also fix the version cvar name (was huntsmanheaven_version, is now huntsmanhell_version). The flamethrower icon is now gone and replaced by the huntsman fire arrow kill icon. The generic kill icon for the explosion was replaced with the pumpkin bomb kill icon. If you have huntmanhell_explodefireself set to 1, the afterburn damage still uses the old kill icon.

1.5 makes it so huntsmanhell_enabled can be changed mid-map. Changing it will respawn players (after removing all their weapons; this is to fix a bug).

we literally only run this plugin and the required extensions/plugins mentioned in the op. i suspect then that it's a problem with KOTh and vavle will never fix it. its cool it only happens every once a while

I know you guys love new versions of the plugin, so I uploaded 1.5.1.
  • Added huntsmanhell_gamedescription cvar
    • If SteamTools is loaded, set the Game Description to Huntsman Hell?
  • Fixed game description not getting changed when plugin is disabled.

OK, I released 1.6.

1.6 essentially completes the basic feature list, with the addition of the double jump and help screen (albeit very basic and could be improved). I recommend you disable any existing double jump plugin before installing this version.

The /hh_help command displays both basic game information and the settings used on a particular server... it's based on which cvars you have enabled.

Note: Due to major changes in the translation files, I'm not posting just the .smx file.

Edit: I forgot to mention: I opened up a bug about the Huntsman fire noise thing.

Since I also have Randomizer loaded, but not enabled, does this apply with disabling double jump plugin which your jump code is based on?

At some point I need to update the cvars to have the notify flag since they can't otherwise be seen on a gameserver search.

If you already installed the 1.6 translations, you can use the attached SMX to have a version where the cvars are searchable. This version also replaced the old version in the zip file on the first post.
