some administrator told me i should open it here, well here we go

When i put this command:
Win32 addons/EntMod/dlls/EntMod_MM.dll
into the "metamode/plugins"
the server is not working.
if i remove it, it wokrs.

what the hek should i do?

I have adminmode installed i guess, but when i type "admin_rcon" in console its avaible.

I have never heard of metamode, try renaming the folder to metamod.

Just a clarification: "Some admin" told you that if you were to post your issue anywhere, the only place acceptable would be Off-Topic. He didn't, in fact, tell you to post here.

Anyway, why are you even here if you're running AdminMod? They have a website, don't they?

From previous experience in EntMod, I'd say you configured the admin file improperly. Reread the documentation it comes with and install it properly.
