I used regamedll, its cool and very nice but it blocked my jb money system so i can't do save money (when the map change my money back to 0)

so basicly those how you can use the block round end cvar:

ir_block_roundend <Flags>

Flags :
a - Round Time Expired
b - Bomb Exploded
c - Bomb Defused
d - Hostages Rescued
e - Vip Escaped
f - Vip Assassinated
g - Terrorist Win
h - CT Win
i - Round Draw
j - Terrorists Escaped
k - CTs Prevent Escape

So if you want to block everything try this : ir_block_roundend "*"

not sure how to use but i think it main on this native:

native TerminateRound( const roundEndType, const teamWinning = TeamWinning_None, const mapType = MapType_AutoDetect );

i know you loking for reapi functions to block roundend but those are the easiest and fastest
