[TF2] Respawn Player 1.1

This is fixed and improved version of this plugin made by Starman2098.

Description:
This is a basic plugin to respawn the target player(s), it also supports @all/@red/@blue/@bots targeting. It will also be in the Admin Menu for any admin with the kick flag.

Console Command:

• sm_rplayer - Respawns the target player(s) to their team's spawn point.
  Usage: sm_rplayer <user id | name | @me | @all | @red |@blue| @bots>

ConVars:

• sm_rplayer_enable - Enable/Disable Respawn Player Plugin.
  0 - Disable / 1 -Enable
  Default: "1" - On
• sm_rplayer_chat_notify - Respawn chat notifications.
  0 - Disable / 1 - Notify to target / 2 - Notify to All
  Default: "1" - Notify to target
• sm_rplayer_log - Enable/Disable Respawn Actions Logging.
  0 - Disable / 1 - Logging to Separate File / 2 - Logging to SM Logs
  Default: "1" - Logging to Separate File

Why I had to ask for permission since the plugin doesn't work? I fixed it and added a few ConVars to use it in my server.
I put it here for people who can't fix it.

You stole his code (albeit its open source) without even asking.

I think giving the original author more than 3 days would have been better,maybe he went away for a few days and was going to fix it when he came back.
